Research/Academic articles for publication and presentation
- Research/academic article for presentation must be ORIGINAL and has NEVER been accepted for publication in whatever form.
- Depending on quality (which is decided by the scientific committee and international examiners), accepted papers will be published as international conference e-Proceedings.
- Each oral e-Presentation is given a maximum of 15 minutes (10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A and discussion).
- If an academic/research paper is written by more than one author, all presenters attending the conference MUST register and pay the registration fee.
Poster E-Presentation
- All posters will be available on the conference website on the day of the conference.
- Poster presenters should include contact information (e.g. Line, Messenger, email, etc., in case the participants have questions) on the posters.
Reminders
- Use ONLY the template provided
- The font and the template format should not be changed since it will alter other sections3. The number of words should not exceed the space provided in each section.
Oral E-Presentation
- Check the conference-specific topic room (Humanities, Liberal Arts and Social Sciences; Health Sciences; Science and Technology; Business Administration and Economics; Chinese Studies) and the presentation schedule.
- Presentation time should not be more than 20 minutes including a Q&A session afterward.
- Prepare to share PowerPoint slides.
- There is no need to send the PowerPoint slides to HCU Conference Committees.
